Very friendly staff and quick to respond. Generous-sized room, huge for our daughter's travel cot. A huge variety of facilities such as: a TV area and a lounge. Free parking onsite provided.

Our rooms were neat and immaculate with separate bedroom, good views, for instance. Pleasant staff, greeted us with such kindness. Our hotel was in a great location on the flight path to RAF Marham.

Hopefully the room was exquisite with separate bedroom, freestanding bath, as for instance. The location was incredible - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The stay here was relaxing on a business trip. Affable staff, I liked warm welcome. Had good sleep at the double room in the mulberry bedrooms. The location was amazing, near to beautiful, tranquil gardens which are then surrounded by miles of fields and farmlands as well as the flight path to RAF Marham. It also was to a pub in swaffham. No complaints, the venue met required needs, recommend it.

I liked this property - good old hotel.

It had incredible location, near to nearby Castle Acre, and the surrounding area. I had reasonably large room with fantastic views, a comfortable bed, ample space. The staff were super-friendly and made me feel comfortable.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful grounds and stunning views of the countryside.

The entrance of the hotel was a bit scruffy, which didn't give a good first impression.

The location was stunning and marvellous, next to a working farm, convenient to go everywhere. And it was also close to a very charming pub and tranquil gardens which are then surrounded by miles of fields. The breakfasts were sensational and fine with scrambled egg and mushrooms and spinach, couldn’t ask for anything better.

The breakfast was delicious with several cooked options and with GREAT food. Had exceptionally nice location on the flight path to RAF Marham.

Convenient location for exploring the area and having our car parked right on site was a plus! 🚗
